Welcome to ThinkStorm, your voice-based thinking and note-taking companion. By accessing or using the ThinkStorm mobile or web app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

ThinkStorm allows users to record voice input, interact with an AI agent, and receive responses that can aid in brainstorming, planning, and reflection. The App may use automated transcription, natural language processing, and speech synthesis.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use ThinkStorm. If you are under the required age, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account and Access

Some features may require an account, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory content.

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the App.

• Interfere with the App’s normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

5. AI Responses and Limitations

ThinkStorm uses AI to generate responses based on your input. These responses are automatically generated and:

• Are for informational or entertainment purposes only.

• Should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, financial, etc.).

• May contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content. Please report any problematic responses.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any recordings, transcriptions, or text content you provide ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant ThinkStorm a limited, non-exclusive license to upload your encrypted content for syncing on another device when you explicitly sync on the Settings page.

You agree not to transmit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights.

• Contains personal data of others without consent.

• Violates any laws or third-party rights.

7. Subscription and Payments (if applicable)

Some features of ThinkStorm may require payment. If you subscribe, you agree to the pricing, billing, and cancellation terms displayed at the point of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or engaged in unlawful activity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkStorm and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” and notify users if legally required. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
